Broker of Record (BOR)
In cases where an account has been sent to multiple brokers by an agent or has multiple agents, Mackinaw Administrators can get priority with our carriers if the agent obtains Broker of Record (BOR) from the insured. Please complete this template, print on the insured’s letterhead and return to submissions@mackadmin.com or fax 1-866-712-1735.
